When was the last time you noticed your body without judgment?
So often, we look in the mirror or feel discomfort and immediately start labeling: “This is bad,” or “I wish this were different.”
Mindfulness offers us another way. By slowing down and noticing sensations — feet on the floor, breath moving through the chest, even tension in the shoulders — we can meet our bodies with acceptance instead of criticism.
🌱 This week’s Mindful Moment Monday meditation is a gentle practice of non-judgment for your body.
Your body doesn’t need to be different to be worthy of kindness.
